I love franchises. I love Harrison Ford, but only as Han, Indy or when I’m regarding the loveable henry (Kidding.)
LOVE the part time moment, love seeing indy swing through the warehouse.
It saddens me that there are so many obvious opticals, cars superimposed near digital cliffs and the like, but these are the times and we certainly ain’t goin back.
Speaking of the ROSWELL insert — I’m Wondering about the close-up of the wire-rimmed glasses with the circular lenses that fall and smash, or are magnetized and smash — they look a lot like the pair worn by Henry Jones Senior. Hmmmmmm.
This delivers. Then again, the Episode One trailer was fucking awesome too. But I’m not gonna be cynical. I want to fall in love again. Yeah, I’ll probably get bit. But it’s just a movie.
Looks like a hell of a lot of fun.

I am not disappointed, but I am also unhappy with the amount of special effects shown. The other films reserved their big sfx for the finale, and I’ll be bummed if they turn Indiana Jones into a knockoff of “The Mummy.” That’s Harrison Ford in there, not Brendan Fraser!
