Babel-ing Brook

Just spent 7 hours watching Babel. Not a terrible film, but not a good one either. For those that hated Crash, plan on seeing a movie with even more tenuous connections and ridiculousness. For those that enjoyed Crash, like me, expect no redeeming value… except for one thing.

This film was MADE for Bake Snaker. And just when you think you’ve seen enough to get the Bake going, it gets all the better. Why he lives in this country, I’ll never understand.

Am I glad I saw Babel? No. Am I glad I saw it for free? Yes. Am I tired of movies about different people from different walks of life dealing with their problems, accompanied by a shitty soundtrack of some jackass strumming a guitar one note at a time? Absolutely.

To think, I rented Crank and opted for this instead. Jeers to me.
