What the F is so scary about Twin Peaks?

On March 1 NBC Universal will launch a new horror cable channel called
Chiller, and will feature content from NBC Universal’s library series
and films, including The Birds, Psycho, Twin Peaks and Tales from the
Crypt. The channel will be carried on DirecTV, and is the second
horror-themed network to launch in the past three months – FearNet
launched on October 31.
