‘Election’ Alternate Ending
Here’s a real gem forwarded to us by EG friend The Alathal — the original ending to “Election” starring Reese Witherspoon and Matthew Broderick. In this never-before-seen ending, Mr. McAllister does not move to NYC, but instead becomes a car salesman and Tracy visits him before leaving for college.
According to YouTuber HollyDogFilms, this is from the ‘working print’ of the film found on an unlabeled VHS tape at a local flea market.
