False alarm! Kick-Ass bested those poorly-written Dragons to inch into the number one spot over the weekend! The best super-hero film of all time took in $19.8 million and How to Train Your Dragon took in $19.6 million. Read more about the numbers HERE.
My theory is that the Dragons took in as much as they did on their fourth weekend because every teen boy in America purchased a ticket for the Dreamworks animated film in order to sneak in and get his ass kicked by Hit Girl.
