To be honest, it feels like a warm reunion to the role which made me prominent in the acting world. Acting in that first major project was a game-changer for me. I feel a special connection to this loved comic book character, and revisiting the role brought back those feelings.”

Marsden’s portrayal of the Marvel superhero spanned three X-Men instalments, beginning with the first instalment in 2000, followed by sequels in 2003’s X2: X-Men United, and 2006’s X-Men: The Last Stand. However, his character was written off in the last film, making his return even more anticipated.
