The hero with the best win rate across both Quickplay and Competitive is Mantis, a support hero. The list also reveals that healers dominate the top win rate heroes, showing the importance of healing in Marvel Rivals.

– NetEase has introduced a new feature in Marvel Rivals that displays each hero’s pick rate and win rate, divided by mode and platform, on a living webpage.
– Jeff the Land Shark is the most-picked hero in Quickplay, but has the second-lowest win rate, while Black Widow has the lowest win rate and pick rate in Quickplay.
– Support hero Mantis has the highest win rate in Quickplay and Competitive, followed by Hela, and the top six heroes with over 50% win rate in Competitive are all healers.

NetEase has recently added a new feature to Marvel Rivals, a living webpage that displays the pick rate and win rate of every hero in the game. This data, divided by mode and platform, is usually kept confidential by developers or obtained through imperfect third-party tools. However, now players have access to this information through the “Hero Hot List” webpage, providing valuable insights into the game’s meta.

The most surprising discovery from the Hero Hot List is the popularity of Jeff the Land Shark, who boasts a pick rate of 21.18% in Quickplay. Many players are drawn to Jeff because of his ability to insta-kill the enemy team with his ultimate move. However, despite his popularity, Jeff has the second-lowest win rate on the roster, standing at 45.39%. This means that statistically speaking, having Jeff on your team may actually decrease your chances of winning.

On the other end of the spectrum, the hero with the highest win rate in both Quickplay and Competitive is support hero Mantis, with a win rate of 56.03% and 55.20% respectively. This aligns with the experience of players who have witnessed Mantis mains rapidly climbing the ranks. Following closely behind Mantis is Hela with a win rate of 54.24%. Both heroes are set to receive minor nerfs in the upcoming season 1 patch.

For players who are invested in the competitive aspect of Marvel Rivals, knowing which heroes are more likely to produce a win is paramount. The “over 50% win rate” club in Competitive mode includes Mantis, Hela, Loki, Magik, Adam Warlock, Rocket Raccoon, Peni Parker, Thor, Black Panther, Hulk, Psylocke, and Namor. Notably, this list is heavily dominated by healers, which emphasizes the importance of healing in the game. However, it also indicates that healers are capable of holding their own in battle, as they contribute both to healing and dealing damage.

Considering that Marvel Rivals launched with 33 unknown heroes just a month ago, the balance of pick rates among the heroes is remarkable. It shows that the community has embraced a diverse range of heroes rather than gravitating toward a select few. This data should encourage the NetEase balance team, as it reflects the positive reception of the game’s hero roster.
