Another Reason I’m Over Star Wars

Yes, there’s a reason deleted scenes were deleted, but this glut of extras around the incoming Star Wars: Complete Saga Blu-ray set is a further reminder as to why I’ve canceled my pre-order and why I don’t think I’m into Star Wars anymore. Don’t get me wrong, I still love the original trilogy, like parts of the new trilogy and want to pilot an AT-AT… I just don’t need to fall over in my chair every time a movie, book, comic, animated series or video game comes out set in that universe. That awe and wonder around Star Wars is gone… Lucas killed it with his greed and “perfecting” of the franchise. Of course, I could just be cranky but then again, did you watch this clip???
