Lee Unkrich’s First Film
It’s been one year since Lee Unkrich directed the Toy Story friends in their amazing third adventure. And the the Toy Story characters are back on screens beginning at midnight tonight in their Hawaiian Vacation — but Unkrich is back as well — with his first ever film! (And yes, it features kids playing with toys.)
Says Lee on his YouTube page, “My very first movie, made at age eighteen, while I was trying desperately to get into the USC Cinema School. My friend Paul had a camera, and I had a script. Neither of us knew what the hell we were doing. Stars a twelve-year-old Brian Austin Green.”
