No long review here. Had to run and see first matinee of this. Basically it’s great. I laughed the entire time. A hundred times better than Wet Hot American Summer. As good as Borat. VERY VERY VERY funny. See it now.

oh forgot to mention…very Kentucky Fried Movie…. haven’t seen something like this for awhile
I’ve been waiting for this since Jan when i missed it at Sundance…cannot wait…that’s very high praise you gave it..i loved the trailer…hope i enjoy it as much as you…i never thought anything could top WET HOT.
well… I’m not as big of a fan of Wet Hot as you are…so we’ll see. In my eyes, this is far superior. Oh yeah, Alba is in it for approx. 3 minutes but serves her purpose..she’s there for box office draw
Excited for this. Love Wet Hot more with every viewing. It’s an acquired taste, like Stella. Raining in nearly every shot, lol.

I felt very let down. Bake – you know damn well these guys are funnier than this. It was fun to see the whole gang back together again…even more so than in Wet Hot, but honestly i would never watch this again. I would pop Wet Hot in everyday if i had time. Obviously, some of them were much better than others (like the one involving the twin boys) but most just fell kinda comedy-flat for me. I need to pop my Sella dvd in to cheer me up. And yes, even the Comedy Central one. TEN times more funny than this.

OH NO!!! I hope it’s not my mood… I’ve been going through alot lately with the cutting of this film and maybe I was just too eager to laugh…but hold on… we don’t agree that much. I have to stand by my words on it being much much much better than Wet Hot. Maybe the “as funny as Borat” was over the top.
Seriously, there aren’t a ton of laughs in Wet Hot. This was way closer to Stella.
So where does that leave a guy that thought Stella wasn’t funny?
