Not as cool as its predecessor, but still a damn fine showing of CG.
He was ”probably the greatest film artist, all things considered, since the invention of the motion picture camera,” Woody Allen said in a 70th birthday tribute in 1988. http://www.nytimes.com/aponline/world/AP-Obit-Bergman.html?_r=1&hp&oref=slogin
My favorite new film right now. Full of incredible performances. Haven’t seen anything from a young filmmaker with this much energy, intensity, and emotional impact in a long time. This deserves to be seen and recommended.
This is why I love technology… because folks around the world can play around with 3D models and make something like this themselves, without the multi-million dollar studio investment. Cut to 5-10 years, who knows what the fans will produce. This particular video has been around for YEARS. Enjoy!
Well i almost made it through a full week without checking EG after it was diagnosed as bad for my health. You have this bit of news to blame for my return. This, plus my unrelenting need to let you know what i love and hate have won over my gaybaby closeminded psychoticness. It is […]
I am so jealous that there are people out there..people better than me…who witnessed twenty minutes of this in 3D at Comic-con. Us mortals must be satisfied with THIS for the time being. Speaking of the Zemekis, you guys read about THIS, yes?

Caught Danny Boyle’s Sunshine, and yes I’ve never seen Trainspotting so I probably shouldn’t be allowed to comment, but I really dug it. Don’t really need to see it again, until it graces Blu-ray, but would recommend it to anyone looking for something different than the popcorn flicks. Also make sure to see it while […]
Master Wayne, I need you to call this number right away “1-800-395-9646” as it seems there is some funny business going down in Gotham. Alfred
You probably heard of em, and I’m sure you recognize Michael Cera from “Arrested Development” and “Superbad.” This is their web series, which I recently discovered on xbox live. Great stuff – subtle characters, overall very dry humor. A few cameos from some of their famous friends. All in all, one of the best things […]
Lives of Others actor Muehe dies at the age of 54. Stomach cancer. Ulrich Muehe also starred with his wife Susanne Lothar in Michael Haneke’s Funny Games (the original one) http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/entertainment/6915665.stm
Has this not been the most immediate and rapid descent of a one-time oscar winner? Any other nominees?
If you’re going to be in San Diego this weekend, or if you’ll be in a comic store soon, or if you can type the phrase, Amazon.com… Buy my book!
