Segway Part Deux ?
I always wanted one of these, but didnโt want to lug 100lbs up 5 flights of stairs, much less be caught dead riding it, but sounds like the company is releasing a new version (despite it not really hitting the first time). According to Wired:
The two new models unveiled today are the i2 โ a simplified version of the original โ and the x2 โ an all-terrain model. The i2 features โLeanSteerโ technology, which lets the user steer by leaning his whole body in the direction he wants to go. Both models include the Bluetooth-enabled InfoKey, which performs the functions of an odometer, speedometer, battery gauge and anti-theft device.
Considering theyโre still priced insanely, thereโs no way Iโll be able to get one. Especially since Iโve set my sights on a massage chair, but for more info, but not much more, check here.
