    I haven’t seen it yet, but it’s been panned by all of the kaiju fans that I know.

    Why?  Are they purists who don’t like seeing CGI take over the man-in-suit genre, or does it just suck?

    Most of them said it was just boring and the CGI wasn’t all that great.
