As a huge fan of the Edgar Rice Burroughs novels, I’ve been really excited to see where Disney was going to go with the John Carter series. This first glimpse of the world courtesy of the new John Carter trailer answers that call and gets me super excited for 2012. Plus, it’s directed by Andrew Stanton, the Pixar genius who brought us Finding Nemo and WALL-E. Finally, get to see what their version of Martians look like in a live action movie below:
