I am psyched AMC is handling this awesome series... and the stroke of genius that was to put this into Frank Darabont's hands. He understands the character study at work - not just the awesome zombie apocalypse. One only needs to watch The Mist to see he is truly the man for this job... hell, they should have mentioned The Mist in the trailer. I have faith, probbaly foolishly, AMC won't shy away from the shocking elements later on. No spoilers, I know... but while the word is overused, I must say there is going to be some EPICNESS on TV later this year, leaving people hungry for season 2... if they don't shy away. Don't make me a fool on record AMC and Mr. D.... DONT SHY AWAY FROM THE SHOCKING, ICONIC MOMENTS! I just soiled myself.
